Vocational training
Hölzel offers technically interested young people future-oriented vocational training.
We produce high-performance punching dies and stamping parts which are used all over the world in industrial and automotive electrical systems, in communication electronics, in the watchmaking industry and in medical engineering, to name but a few examples.
Trainees at Hölzel are not only being looked after individually and promoted by specialist staff, they are also involved into the daily practice right from the beginning – workplaces, where every one thousandth of a millimeter matters. We often produce winners at trade guild and chamber of commerce level.

Precision engineering technician (m/f)
Accuracy is what matters in this job which requires vocational training. Technicians thus qualified will produce fine quality components of all kind as well as precise punching dies. It is the right job for all those who enjoy designing, assembling and precision work.
Apart from performing classic metal processing jobs, such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding and punching, work at Hölzel is performed on numerically controlled machine tools. It is the most important thing in precision engineering to measure each component precisely. The vocational training takes 3.5 years.
